Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account to easily retrieve
your order history.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Please check in
your spam folder if you haven’t received one.

Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order for click and collect order. For professional orders, please refer to the Professional section of the FAQ.

What should I do if I’m unable to place an order?
We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience with our website. If your order is urgent, please visit our Boutique or call us directly +65 8903 6472 we’ll be happy to assist you.

How far in advance should I place my order?
We require a minimum of 2 hours to prepare your order for pick-up. To ensure stock availability and
optimal freshness, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging for gifts?
Yes, we provide elegant paper bags that will enhance your gift.

Corporate or Special orders?

Do you offer custom cheese platters for events?

Yes, we do, depending on the required minimum size. Please send us a request BtoB@M-and-T-Cheese.com or contact us by phone +65 8903 6472, and we’ll be happy to assist with your specific needs.

Can I request specific changes in my order?

Once your order is placed, we are unable to make changes, as our team prepares orders on demand to ensure freshness and quality.

Can I place a large order for corporate events?

Yes, we welcome large orders for corporate events. However, to ensure availability and proper preparation, you must place your order at least one day in advance.

Do you offer wholesale/ professional partnerships?

Yes, we do. To access our exclusive range for Restaurants, Stores, and Businesses, request access to the Professional section under the “Boutique” tab on our website or contact us at BtoB@M-and-T-Cheese.com. Once logged in, you’ll be able to order directly.

Payment

What modes of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express, as well as digital wallets (GrabPay, Alipay) and PayNow.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, your financial data is fully secure. Our payment system uses advanced encryption technology and fraud prevention tools to protect your information. Additionally, all transactions are processed using 3D Secure authentication, ensuring an extra layer of security for your payments.

Cancellation/returns/exchange

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to the perishable nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons.

How far in advance must I place my order?

Please place your order at least 2 hours in advance, especially during peak hours (lunchtime and after 6 pm). Outside of peak hours, preparation may be faster.

What is the address of your shop to collect my order?

Guoco Tower #01-12, 5 Wallich Street, Singapore 078883.

What are your operating hours?

Monday to Friday: Boutique: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Saturday: Boutique: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Sunday: Closed
Please note that our Bistro has different operating hours.

Delivery (Professional Only) (Coming Soon)

How far in advance must I place my order?

For same-day delivery: Place your order before 11 AM.
For orders placed after 11 AM: Delivery will be scheduled for the next day or later.

How do I qualify for free delivery?

Orders above SGD 200 qualify for free delivery (excluding specific postal codes listed below). For orders below SGD 200, a delivery fee of SGD XXX applies.

Can I send my items to more than 1 location?

No, each account is linked to a single delivery address.

Do you offer island-wide delivery?

Yes, we deliver island-wide. However, specific locations may incur an additional fee of SGD XX. Specific location to be explicit

Can I choose to collect my order at the store instead of opting for delivery?

Unfortunately, pick-up is not available for professional accounts.

Who is in charge of delivery?

We use refrigerated trucks to maintain the quality and freshness of our products during delivery.

How do I change my account delivery address, email and password?

Log in to your account and navigate to the “Profile” section to edit your information.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click on the “I forgot my password” link on the login page to request a password reset.

How long will my cheese last for after I have received it?

When refrigerated properly, our cheeses can be enjoyed within 4 days of receiving your order.

I can see more mold on the cheese, is it normal?

Yes, it is completely normal. Cheese is a “living” product, and the natural evolution of its paste and curd may result in mold growth, which is safe.

Where do your cheeses come from?

Our cheeses are primarily sourced from the French mountains, except for Brie. You can find more details on our “Art of Cheese” tab, including a map of France.

What do the French certifications mean? List of certification/ Medals

Some of our cheeses are PDO (Protected designated Origin) or PGI (Protected Geographical Indication). These certifications guarantee origin and quality. More details to come

Are your cheeses made from pasteurized or raw milk?

Some cheeses are made from raw milk, which undergoes a heat treatment during the process. Others are made with pasteurized milk

How should I store the cheese after opening?

Cheese must be kept refrigerated due to Singapore’s hot climate.

How long should I let the cheese sit out before serving?

We recommend allowing the cheese to aerate for no more than 15 minutes before serving to enhance its flavors.
